secret songs #05
from the next record
11th September, That Clare, Angels Cut, Darlington
I’m taking songs from my next record on the road before they are recorded, while touring my recent album. After each show, I’ll share moments from the day and one new song.
I was very excited to be invited to support That Clare at Angels Cut, Darlington alongside Frazer Lambert.
Frazer Lambert welcomed us into his rich world of songwriting, each one dealing with real issues and real people from his life. Backed by his incredible guitar playing I was deeply moved by many of his songs.
Then for the main show, That Clare, bringing her unique style of protest songwriting. A transgender singer songwriter who writes meaningful lyrics, there is always a new thought and melody to find in her poetry.
