Tuesday 4th august 2026 Playlist

Artists I’ve been enjoying lately. Leave your new music suggestions in the comments below and I will check them out.

*I’ve updated and re-ordered this playlist from last month until the next rotation. I will be removing artists as new ones come in in the future as I don’t want the playlist to be hours long*

Love’s a Gun - Daniel Seavey

Daniel Seavey gained national attention as a contestant on the fourteenth season of American Idol in 2015, where he placed in the Top 9. I came across him for the first time on TikTok last week and instantly loved this catchy pop song.

Black & White Movie - Ella Xylour

Another TikTok find. I loved the feelings this song evokes.

Filthy Rich - The Fourth Act

I absolutely love this song! It’s catchy and meaningful. Plus I can say I met the band before they were famous, at a BBC Introducing event in Bradford, from where they hail. Nice people : )

Grey Street - Spilt Milk

I never really got into boy bands as a teen. If I decided to pick a boy band to fall all over now this would be the one. I saw them live earlier this year in Middlesbrough Town Hall Crypt and they were fabulous.

Celery Minnow - Billy Lubach

I love the unexpected arrangement and delivery of this delightful folk-pop song. The line 'I sink into the sound like a mountain of rice’ is so cool.

Is there any space on the moon - GIRLS.SPEAK.FRENCH

Very addictive music production with an arresting voice. Love the energy and dynamics of this one.

All I Know - Liz Bills

I’m a sucker for a good acoustic guitar and vocals track. As soon as Liz started singing on this I was held captive. Powerful and beautiful delivery.

Tired - Lottie Willis

If you’re after a bit of a head banging pop song to dance to in your room, this is definitely the one!

Just A Call Away - Strawberry Fires, Marina Josephina

Marina Josephina, known for her delicious jazz originals brings a gorgeous depth to this gritty pop rock track. Beautifully written and produced the vocals complement each other so well.

Saw Whatever - TAHM

Another great pop track. I love the catchy melodies and vocals.

Nervous - Jordan Susanto, The Soul & Rollers

This keeps popping up on my feed and I loved it as soon as I heard it. Cool jazz vibes with a good hook.

Godforsaken - Emily Harris

Emily’s delivery of this song is heart wrenching and the whole songs evokes such a deep feeling of loss I couldn’t stop listening.

I Will Still Want You - Camille Miller

If you haven’t come across Camille Miller yet, let me introduce you to her incredible songwriting. Her choice of melody always surprises and delights and her voice carries the lyrics with such power and feeling I’m always fascinated.

Nest Egg - Dosser

I don’t know what to say. I just loved this song! : )

Singing About My Problems - Alice Geary

This is a lovely catchy song, soft and peaceful while remaining memorable.

Be You (Acoustic) - Dylan Wilson

Dylan is an 11 year old pop country singer-songwriter who I came across on Instagram. I instantly loved this song, beautifully crafted, unusual lyrics that pull you in and I absolutely adore the way Dylan delivers her vocals.
